What you will see

A “32.65B Replace Unsupported Imaging Unit” error appears on the printer display when installing an after-market Imaging Unit for the first time.

32.65 = Unsupported Imaging Unit
B = Failed capacity class/model compatibility check

 

Solution

 Perform a power-on-reset (POR) by powering the printer off for a few seconds and then power it back on. If the error remains, contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.
