  • Multi function: CX920, CX921, CX922, CX923, CX924, CX927, XC9225, XC9235, XC9245, XC9255 and XC9265

Issue description
 

When a customer powers on the printer, It registers a "Busy, please wait" message during the boot up process.

 

 


Recommended solution
 

Perform this procedure to fix the issue:

Power the printer Off using the Main Power Switch and wait for 10 seconds before powering the printer back On. Check the printer if the error message is cleared.

Issue Resolved

Proceed to Step 2.

If the issue persists, perform another Power-On Reset (POR) and check if the issue persists.

Note: Performing a POR can be done multiple times, should the issue persist.
