Cloud Fleet Management tasks that are processed by Fleet Agents stay in the Pending state. The status never changes to Completed. After seven days, the tasks status changes to Expired.
Tasks are being processed, but the completion status is not being updated.
To show the correct completion status, the Fleet Agent must be updated to v1.2.40 or later.
Tasks that are stuck in the Pending state when the Fleet Agent is updated, will be marked as Failed. If possible, verify the results of the Failed tasks or resubmit the tasks and monitor the completion status.
Steps to update a Fleet Agent:
- From the Agents > Fleet Agents tab, select one or more Fleet Agents to update.
- Expand the Update menu.
- Select Fleet Agent
