Issue Description:

The Printer Enrollment Tool (PET) fails to show valid, supported printers as unsupported due to an invalid serial number. The string "dummySerialNumber" is shown in place of the printer's real serial number. This can be caused by a port conflict between the PET and the Fleet Agent running on the same workstation.

 

Solution:

Do either of the following:

  1. Run the Fleet Agent and the PET on separate workstations.
     
  2. Deactivate or uninstall the Fleet Agent. Reboot the workstation.
