Authentication eSF Apps Prompts User to Register the Badge After Several Swipes

Solution

Overview


When a user swipes or taps the badge or card on the reader to login, then logs out of that same printer several times depending on needs, intermittently the users are prompted to register their badge due to the card being read with a blank value.

 

 

Solution


In the Reader Driver eSF app, enabling the "Ignore Blank lines?” option will fix the issue.
