What you will see
A "load paper" message appears on the printer screen even when paper is loaded in the tray.
Step 1. Check whether paper is loaded in the particular tray that is triggering the message. If there is no paper in the tray, load paper and close the drawer.
Step 2. If the message persists, inspect the paper flag on the tray and make sure it is not broken or bound up. If it is broken or not moving up and down properly, please contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.
