How to Add or Enable Card Copy Icon for PaperCut-Enabled Devices

Overview


This issue only happened on the devices listed below that had the PaperCut Application installed:

  • Lexmark CX860
  • Lexmark CX825
  • Lexmark CX820
  • Lexmark CX725
  • Lexmark CX827
  • Lexmark CX727

 

 

Resolution


By default, the Card Copy Application will be locked or disabled if a PaperCut Application is installed on these devices. The steps below will show how to add the Card Copy Application on these devices having the PaperCut Application installed.

Step Action Image
1 Admin needs to log in to the PaperCut server and access one of the devices on the list.
2 After selecting the device, Admin needs to add the esf.cardCopy.cardCopyFAC and select 'Update'. Wait for the update to complete the installation.
