Solution

Problem


Faded / light printout occurs when printing internal pages or printing a document. Copy quality is not affected.

Troubleshooting


1. Make sure that the Color Saver is disabled / turned off. (On the printer panel, go to Menu > Settings > Print Settings > Quality Menu > Color Saver).
 
2. Make sure the Toner Darkness is set to 4. (On the printer panel, go to Menu > Settings > Print Settings > Quality Menu > Toner Darkness).

 

IMPORTANT! No need to dispatch an onsite technician; if the issue persists, consult 2nd level or 3rd level support.
