What you will see

Settings for NTP are not cleared after Factory Reset or Out of service erase. The out of service wipe should erase the value of the NTP server.

Fix

A PE-released version of firmware .xx.P703, or greater, addresses this issue. Please contact Lexmark Technical support and provide this article ID# SO8432 to the support agent when requesting this firmware.
