For a print quality defect of this type, it is always advisable to print the Device Statistics Page.

2 To determine the source of the print defect, refer to the Device Statistics Page to determine the cause of the issue. 3 Check whether there is a PC life warning on the Device Statistics Page.
Note: If so, please replace the Photoconductor Unit.
4 If there is no PC life warning or the issue persists after performing the steps mentioned above, an issue may exist within the machine's hardware. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support for other troubleshooting suggestions.
