What you will see
When a customer prints a document, the printer registers a "Tray Empty" message even if the tray is full or has media in it.
This scenario happens only if the paper tray is pulled open and then pushed closed in less than one (1) second.
Open the tray for more than one second, verify that paper is loaded, and then close the tray. This should eliminate the "Tray Empty" message so the printer can resume printing.
