Products

While many All-In-One (AIO) Inkjet Printers have an embedded Web page, this article primarily focuses on the following printers:

  • Lexmark S 31x, 41x and 51x Series
  • Lexmark Pro 71x and 91x Series
  • Lexmark Pro 4000 Series
  • Lexmark Pro 5000 Series

An x denotes any number within a given printer model series.

NOTE: Not all EWS settings are available on every printer model because of differences in printer capabilities. Check your printer's Web page for equivalent settings of those described in this article.

Why the Web page?

You may consider this configuration method for any of the following reasons:

  • You have a Web-downloaded driver installed, which may not include the Lexmark Printer Home application.
  • You may need to configure a printer across your Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) or Local Area Network (LAN) from a computer that has no printer software installed.
  • Certain settings are only accessible via the Web page; e.g., security settings.
