The output printout is solid black.
Incorrect laser exposure or incorrect charging of the photoconductor causes an all black page. However, try to verify the same results from a different Photoconductor Unit (PCU) and Toner cartridge assembly. If result is the same or if you do not have an extra PCU or toner cartridge to test, contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service for the printer.
