Problem

Error messages displayed on OptraImage control panel; Diamonds displayed on OptraImage control panel; Error: " Wrong power-on sequence "

Solution

When you power on the OptraImage, you need to make sure that you power on all devices (control panel, scan unit, printer) in the correct sequence. If you do not do this, error messages will be posted on the OptraImage control panel display. These messages are defined in the following table:
