Problem

Duplex scanning not working; Duplex scan-to-network jobs create simplex PDFs; If the original page has two sides, the result on the ftp server is the front page only.; Default duplex On: 2->1  in the Scan-to-Network general setup

Solution

This problem was resolved with firmware 5.19.12+4. The solution is included in all subsequent firmware versions.
To download the latest firmware for this adapter:
  1. Click here and select Drivers & Downloads.  
  2. Select Network Adapters from the list of products and choose the MarkNet N2501e.
  3. Click on Firmware and then click on the file N2501E.zip to download it.
