MVP 11.2.1: Supplies Levels Do Not Display for the C912 Color Laser Printer

Solution

What you will see with the Lexmark C912 (MVP 11.2.1.)

When selecting the Supplies () "All task" menu option from MVP, an "Unknown" is displayed for all supply levels. 

The following supply levels may be missing (depending on printer configuration or installed options):

  • - Hole Punch Box
  • - Staples
  • - Transport Belt
  • - Fuser
  • - (CMYK) Color Image Drum
  • - (CMYK) Toner Levels

Suggested Remedy

  1. Download the plug-in. Click here to download this file.  
  2. Install the plug-in.
  3. Stop and start the server. If necessary, click here for more information.
  4. Relaunch the client.
  5. Restart the supplies task.
