  1. Click here to download the zipped version of the ucf file.
  2. Extract the zip file.
  3. Edit the "nopassword" contents with your preferred password.
  4. Save the edited ucf file.

Turn ON FTP

See procedure below for more information.

Send the file via MVP's "Generic File Download"

  1. Select Generic File Download () from Actions or the All Tasks () drop-down menu.
  2. Click Load and browse to the directory location of the ucf file and select it.
  3. Click Load again.
  4. Highlight the file and click (>).

Procedure: How to Activate MVP FTP function

  1. Open web browser.
  2. In the address field, enter http://ip.address.of.mvpserver:9180/~MvServer (replacing ip.adress.of.mvpserver with the server's IP address). Important! This URL is case sensitive. You can substitute "localhost" for the IP address if you are working from the computer (host) where the MV server resides.
  3. Click on Parameters.
  4. Scroll down the page and locate services.fileDownload.forceFTP
  5. Set this value to True.
  6. Click Save at the top of the screen.
  7. Stop and restart Mvserver as instructed.
