The following file will help you determine the correct Firmware for your product.
Overview
What is firmware?
Firmware is software code that is stored internally on the printer's logic board. It controls and tells the printer hardware how to function. Updating firmware can correct or enhance product performance and provide additional features.
Warning: To avoid damage to the printer, do not disconnect the USB cable or power off the printer during the update process.
