Fix
- Go to Printing Preferences.
- Select Other Options.
- Select More Options.
- Select Postscript.
- Select Disable Postscript Passthrough option.
- Click OK.
- Click Apply.

Additional Step:
- Click on the FAX tab within Preferences (Printing Preferences).
- Turn off Always display settings prior to faxing.
- Click Ok.
