Solution

What you may see

The administrative settings in MarkVision shows duplicate settings or shows the same settings twice.

 

 

Suggested Fix

Perform the following:

  1. Stop MVServer. Click here for further instructions. 
  2. Delete the following file _globalPersistentData._persistentData.elm from the data directory inside MVP's install directory. Click here for illustration. 
  3. Restart MVServer.

 

 

Explanation

This rare situation does not require that you uninstall and reintall the application.
