Troubleshooting
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Print the Menu Settings Page. Are any of the supplies listed as low or below 20%?

| 2 | Are you printing on a supported media type?

| 3 | It is possible that the printhead lens has become dirty and needs to be cleaned. Follow the steps below for Cleaning the Printhead Lens. If the issue persists thereafter, continue to Contacting Lexmark below. |
Cleaning the printhead lens
NOTE!! Be very careful when cleaning the printhead lens so as not to scratch the lens itself, or to damage the belt below it.

| 1 | Power off the printer/MFP. Open the front cover and toner access door. | No Image |

Using a soft, lint-free cloth, very gently clean the four print head lenses. Note: A lens cloth would be ideal for this procedure. |

| 6 | Reinstall the imaging unit, waste toner bottle and right cover. Close the toner access door and the front cover. Power on the printer/MFP again and print a test page. If the error persists, continue to Contacting Lexmark below. |
