Printer or MFP Image Is Not Visible Within a Certain Version of MVP 11.2
MVP 11.2 may fail to show image of printers or MFPs.
This affects the printer_MFP.exe version of MarkVision Professional 11.2.
What else is known:
- - The execute file printer_MFP.exe installs to the default directory C:\Program Files\Printer.
- - This affected version of MVP is the one downloaded from http://www.markvisionprofessional.com/markvision/index.html.
- - IMPORTANT! This does not affect the Lexmark_MVP.exe version of MarkVision Professional 11.2.
This version installs to C:\Program Files\Lexmark and can be obtained by visiting Lexmark.com , selecting Drivers & Downloads, and then MarkVision Professional.
- - This was first witnessed with a Lexmark C782, but other models such as the X65xe & X78xe Series MFPs may also experience this issue.
