Overview
A 290 Scanner Jam or a 292.02 Scanner Jam indicates that the MFP has detected a piece of media/paper jammed in or around the ADF path.
Troubleshooting
Step Action Image 1 Remove all documents from the ADF. No Image 2 Open the ADF Cover. Remove any jammed media.
