Scanning Over a Wireless Network Using the Operator Panel Can Be Blocked by the VPN Software Firewall

Scans which you initiate by pressing a button on the printer are blocked on all network products by your VPN software firewall.
This is happening because Stateful Firewall is selected under the Options menu in the VPN software (see image). This prevents network scanning from the operator panel.
To disable the Stateful Firewall, do the following:
-Open the Options menu and click Stateful Firewall (Always On).
NOTE: When the Stateful Firewall option is enabled, you will see a checkmark in front of it.
