Overview


When contacting Lexmark Technical Support or arranging warranty service, you will need to know MFP's serial number (SN). NOTE: The MFP's serial number is also listed on the Menu Settings Page(s), which you can print from the MFP's operator panel.

 

 

Purpose


This article explains how to find information such as the serial number, top-level indicator (TLI), machine type, and configuration ID on the MFP.
