The embedded web server does not offer an Embedded Solutions* link under Configuration > Other Settings.

This is due to insufficient memory resources. See below for details of the memory requirement for embedded solutions.
Embedded Solutions Memory Requirement X642e Standard Memory/Maximum 256 MB RAM 128 MB RAM/640 MB RAM with one 100pin 512MB DDR DRAM
Memory expansion options
The MFP will accommodate one 128 MB, 25 6MB, or 512 MB DDR DRAM memory module. These memory options can be purchased online at Lexmark.com.
