After you select the profile from the X342n operator panel, scanback will state "retrieving file". The file never appears.
This is working as designed. Scanback is not supported on the X342n printer.
If you need to scan to your computer, you can choose one of the following methods:
- Temporary profile from a PC using the QLINK application (USB attached)
- Scan to PC using network TWAIN (n models only)
- Scan to PC using the web applet (n models only)

Please call from near the printer in case the technician asks you to perform a task involving the printer.
