What you will see
No light is visible on the Z1400 series Wi-Fi medallion.
What to do
Follow the steps below to diagnose the cause of the error.
Plug a USB cable into the Z1400 and into a powered-on computer. The Wi-Fi light should now be orange.
Remove the power adapter from the back of the printer.
