The 250 paper jam indicates that paper is stuck in one of the following areas:
After checking and clearing these areas as instructed below, make sure all print covers, doors, and trays are closed, and then press the button to resume printing.
- Area A
- Area D
NOTE: The printer also displays Pages Jammed. Be sure to remove all the jammed pages before pressing .
|1||Release the levers on the multipurpose feeder and lay it flat.|
|2||Press the pick assembly release lever, and remove all media and jams.|
|3||Return the multipurpose feeder to the working position and reload your media.

Hold down the front access door. Remove any jams in the rollers under the Image Transfer Unit.
Note: Any image printed on the jammed paper will not be fused to the page.
