The 27X.xx paper jam indicates that paper is stuck in Area M. After checking and clearing this area as instructed below, make sure all print covers, doors, and trays are closed, and then press the button to resume printing.
NOTE: The printer also displays Pages Jammed. Be sure to remove all the jammed pages before pressing .
|1||Open the rear door of the 5-bin mailbox or output expander.|
|2||Pull the jam straight out and then close the rear door.

If the jamming continues
Check the type of print media you are using. Make sure the print media type falls within the recommended guidelines. If you are not already doing so, please try printing on plain copy paper to eliminate any special print media as the cause of the issue. Refer to the Paper and Specialty Media Guide section in the printer's User's Guide for recommended paper types; click here to download this section (file size: 165KB).
Make sure the output or mailbox option is aligned correctly with the printer. If there is any slight angle between the printer and the option, it can cause the paper to jam in the option.
