Solution

Overview


 The 201.xx paper jam indicates that paper is stuck in one of four areas:

    • Area D
    • Area K
    • Area L
    • Inside the fuser
After checking and clearing these areas as instructed below, make sure all print covers, doors, and trays are closed, and then press the  button to resume printing.
NOTE: The printer also displays Pages Jammed. Be sure to remove all the jammed pages before pressing .

Hold down the front access door. Remove any jams in the rollers under the Image Transfer Unit.
 

Note: Be aware that any image printed on the jam will not be fused to the page.

1 Open the lower right access door.
2 Remove any jams and close the lower right access door.

2 Remove any jams from the rollers and close the upper right access door.
