Contact Lexmark
You may encounter one or all of the following problems with your MFP:
- A clicking noise coming from the back of the unit between the scanner and the printer.
- A blue screen on the touch screen; the MFP never comes to a ready state.
- An 843 error message.
Explanation
The loud noise is caused by the belt on the scan head jumping the gear.
