After a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) system is installed, the MFP will no longer send or receive faxes.
Lexmark cannot guarantee compatibility with all VOIP lines and services. The VOIP system must satisfy the following requirements:
- The line is capable of producing an analog dial tone.
- The quality of the connection is suitable for fax transmission and reception.
