MVP 11: Status Ping Fails and Yields a "Not Communicating" Message

Ater an initial device discovery, the following occurs when the application performs a Status Ping (via MarkVision > Administrative Settings > Intervals):
- If mDNS port (UDP 5353) has been disabled, MVP sets the BiDi status of the device to Not Communicating even though the device is alive and well on the network.
MVP expects the mDNS port to be open at all times on devices that support Lexmark Secure Transport (LST), even though it is not required for management.
