Italian MVP 11; Messenger; MarkVision Professional 11.0

Solution

What You Will See

The following error is generated by MVP Messenger when a user selects Crea Nuova (Create New), names the action, and selects NEXT:

Char:  52
Error:  Expected ')'
URL:    http//MVPserver:9180/messenger/servlet/messenger
NOTE:  This issue only arises after the regional settings on the PC are changed to Italian. 

Resolution 

  1. Download messenger v11.0.03.zip and unzip it.

  2. Double-click on the extracted messenger.jar file.  This file self-executes without user intervention or software assistance. 
     
  3. Restart your MVP server.  (Click here for instructions.)
