Deleted 'Actions' from the MarkVision Messenger web interface are still active and thus e-mails continue to be sent by MVP.
Resolution
The plug-in StopActionEmail v1.0 forces MVP to check if the actions have been deleted or disabled before sending any e-mail.
To install the plug-in:
- Download the file ENUS24500_StopActionEmail_v1_0.zip and unzip it.
- Install the plug-in on your MVP server. (For information on how to install MVP plug-ins, click here.)
- Reboot your MVP server. (Click here for instructions.)
