Overview

If you are having problems getting the printer to print via Bluetooth, please carry out the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting Steps

Reseat the Bluetooth adapter and ensure that it is firmly installed into the USB slot on the REAR of the printer.  The front port is for PictBridge and will not work.
NOTE: The printer does not come with a Bluetooth adapter.  It must be purchased separately.

Did this resolve the issue?

If Yes, attempt to print another test photo.  If this prints, your problem is resolved.
If No, continue to step 2.

Ensure that the Bluetooth mode is set to Discoverable on the P450.  (Click here for instructions on changing the Bluetooth mode on the printer).   Also ensure that the Bluetooth mode is set to Discoverable on the device you are attempting to print from.  To determine this, check the instruction manual for the device.
Did this resolve the issue?

If Yes, attempt to print another test photo.  If this prints, your problem is resolved.
If No, continue to step 4.

Check the manual for the device you are attempting to print from to see how exporting objects to print is accomplished.  NOTE: Not all mobile camera phones have the ability to export objects for printing.

If No, continue to step 4.

Check the manual for the device you are attempting to print from for a list of approved Bluetooth adapters. Make sure you are using an approved adapter.

If Yes, attempt to print another test photo.  If this prints, your problem is resolved.
