Problem

Solution
Explanation
When storing configuration information in files, MVP 11.0 does not natively use Unicode (UTF-8) encoding. Depending on the character tables used, issues may arise when some folders or actions are accessed.
Resolution
The CharacterEncodingFix plug-in allows storage of all information in UTF-8 and solves all character encoding issues that currently exist.
- Download the file ENUS23282_CharacterEncodingFix_v1.1.zip and unzip it.
- Install the CharacterEncodingFix (v1.1) plug-in on your MVP server. For information on how to install MVP plug-ins, click here.
- Reboot your MVP server. Click here for directions.
