What to do
The screen stays at “Scanning…” while a print job is printing and a non-interrupt scan job is being executed.
What to do
Turn on interrupt copy. A copy job will interrupt the print job.
or
Wait until the print job completes to execute the scan job.
NOTE: A non-interrupt scan job cannot be cancelled. If a print job is being executed, it must complete prior to the start of scan job execution. During this time, the "scanning" message may remain on the screen.
