MVP 11.0: Unable to See the Lexmark C920 Picture When the Front Cover is Opened

Problem

Unable to see the picture of the printer when the front cover is opened; The picture of the printer is replaced by a black box when the front cover is opened.

Environment

MarkVision Professional (MVP) 11.0; MarkVision Professional 11.0 (MVP) with Service Pack 1

Solution

To resolve this issue:

  1. Download the C920 picture plug-in and unzip it.
     

  2. Install the plug-in on your MVP server.  For information on how to install MVP plug-ins, click here.
     

  3. Reboot your MVP server.  For information on how to restart your MVP server, click here. 
    Once installed, the plug-in corrects the faulty behavior of the application.
