Problem
The names and types of supplies are mixed up in the Supply Level utility.

Solution
Overview
The supply level information can get mixed up, leading to inconsistent reporting. For example, a T634 can report the maintenance kit as having a 21,000 sheet capacity and being a type of Toner Regular. This issue has been seen with different printer models.
Solution
- Download the required MarkVision service pack (MVP SP1.2) from www.markvisionprofessional.com.
- Install the service pack, which is delivered as a plug-in on your MVP server. (See this article for information on how to install a plug-in in MVP.)
