Solution


When you log in, MarkVision Professional 11.0 validates your account against your user name and password.  If you have forgotten your password, follow the relevant instructions below.

User actions

  • Ask your administrator to reset your password.

Administrator actions

  • To reset the user's password:


    1. From the All Tasks menu, select User Accounts and Groups.

    2. Select the appropriate account.

    3. Change the password information as needed.

NOTE: If you have forgotten the administrative password, please contact the Lexmark Technical Support Center.
