When you log in, MarkVision Professional 11.0 validates your account against your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the relevant instructions below.

- Ask your administrator to reset your password.
Administrator actions
- To reset the user's password:
- From the All Tasks menu, select User Accounts and Groups.
- Select the appropriate account.
- Change the password information as needed.
