Problem
Unable to access Netware settings; Error: "Unknown"
Environment
MarkVision Professional (MVP) 10.2; The MVP_AAN_DEVICE_SUPPORT_10_2.mvp plug-in (support for the T430) is installed on the MVP server.
Solution
What to do
- Download the ENUS_17502_AAN_patch_10.zip plug-in.
- Unzip the plug-in on your system.
- Install MVP_AAN_DEVICE_SUPPORT_10_2_patch.mvp on your MVP server. (For information on how to install a plug-in in MVP, see this article.)
IIMPORTANT: MVP does not have native support for the Lexmark T430. You must have the MVP_AAN_DEVICE_SUPPORT_10_2.mvp plug-in (support for the T430) installed before you install this patch. This plug-in is available atwww.markvisionprofessional.com.
