Impossible to delete actions in MVP messenger

Environment

MarkVision Professional 10.2; MarkVision Professional Messenger

Solution

To correct this:


  1. Click here to download a patch for this issue.

  2. Extract the Zip file to C:\Program Files\Lexmark\MarkVision Server\www\webapps\messenger\WEB-INF\classes. After extraction, the directory structure should look as it does in the bmp image in the attachment.
