Problem
MVP is requesting the wrong file extension to update the print server firmware; MVP is requesting a firmware file with the .PFH extension instead of .PML
Environment
MarkVision Professional 10.1
Solution
If your MVP server is requesting a firmware file with a .PFH extension (firmware for the N2501) instead of a .PML extension (firmware for the N2601), you can either:
- Upgrade to MVP 10.2 or above.
OR
- Install this plugin: Firmware Flash v1.0. (To install the plugin, go to the MarkVision menu and then select Software update.)
