Wrong Values Displayed in the RAWJAPRINTJOB Table

Problem

Wrong values show in the RAWJAPRINTJOB table; MVP reports the Max_Capacity as 4294967295.; MVP reports the Max_Capacity as 4294967294.

Environment

MarkVision Professional; The MVP server is storing the values received from the printer as unsigned values, even if the printer is sending signed values. The value should be -1 (4294967295) or -2 (4294967294).

Solution

MarkVision Professional 10.2 includes the fix for this issue. Please update your server to this new version.
Once the new version is installed, the values sent to the database will be signed values, which will be reported correctly.
