Problem

Unable to set host name in the LDAP server address field; Unable to set host name in the SMTP server address field; Unable to set host name in the Fax server address field

Environment

MarkVision Professional 10.1; To prevent any mistyping, the MVP server has been limited to IP addresses only for these fields.

Solution

To get rid of this security feature, download this MVP plug-in and install it on your server. Then restart the MVP server service.
