MarkVision Professional is Not Able to Manage the MFP

Problem

MVP is not able to manage the MFP; Device incapable of task appears on MVP when you try to access the MFP settings

Environment

MarkVision Professional 10

Solution

This problem has been resolved with print server firmware 61.30.03
  1. To obtain the latest version of firmware for your print server:

    1. Click here and select Drivers & Downloads.  

    2. Select Network Adapters from the list of products and then choose your adapter.


    3. Click on Firmware and download the latest version for your adapter.

  2. Once the firmware has been updated, the MFP needs to be re-discovered. Restart MarkVision Professional.
