MarkVision Professional is Not Able to Manage the MFP
MVP is not able to manage the MFP;
Device incapable of task
appears on MVP when you try to access the MFP settings

This problem has been resolved with print server firmware
To obtain the latest version of firmware for your print server:
Drivers & Downloads
from the list of products and then choose your adapter.
and download the latest version for your adapter.
Once the firmware has been updated, the MFP needs to be re-discovered. Restart MarkVision Professional.
