Problem
A4 copies are cropped
Environment
Copying from a book or magazine; Copying to A4 paper using the Book Original command to identify size of original document; MFP software versions prior to EC4 used a Letter-sized scan window, even when the copying was from A4 (Book Original) to A3. This cropped the original image.
Solution
This issue has been resolved in MFP software version 904.020 (EC4). To obtain this version, please contact Lexmark Technical Support.
