Problem

Slow copying; Copy job stops after a few copies and then restarts a few minutes later

Environment

Scan to copy; This is due to a bug in the printer base code.

Solution

To fix this, you will need to upgrade the printer base code to (at least) level 853.011. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support to obtain the code.
